DELIVERY TIME
Delivery within Colombo 1-15 will take 2 to 3 business days from the date of order.
Deliveries outside Colombo will take 3 to 5 business days from the date of order.
Orders placed during public holidays or weekends will be dispatched on the next business day.
Peak/holiday seasons, promotions, or special events may result in delays in processing, dispatching, and delivery of your orders.
Our courier teams will call you prior to delivery; this will be considered a delivery attempt. Failure to deliver after three such attempts will result in the cancellation of your order.
Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date set out in the shipping confirmation, unless there is an event outside our control (as defined in the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use of this website).
DELIVERY COST
Delivery charges are applicable to all deliveries, including exchange deliveries.
Products exchanged as a result of a defect will be replaced with no additional delivery charge.
Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
OTHER
Delivery will be made only to the shipping address stated on the order.
If you wish to change the shipping address due to unavoidable circumstances, a written request must be made to XXX or via WhatsApp to XXX. We will accommodate your request only if the order has not been dispatched at the time of the request.
Please note that shipping delays may occur for delivery address amendments, but we promise we'll always do our best to minimize any delays.
After three delivery attempts, or if it has exceeded 10 days from the dispatch date (whichever is earlier), your parcel will be returned to us. However, we will be happy to redeliver your order as long as it is prepaid. If it is a COD (Cash on Delivery) order, we will redeliver it once a bank transfer for the payment due is made.
Special requests to delay dispatch for the customer’s convenience will be accommodated, provided the order is prepaid and hasn’t already been dispatched. If you have any trouble receiving your order, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to assist you.
TITLE AND RISK
Title transfers to the customer as soon as delivery is completed.
